The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 341/2024 arising out of Mango (Olidih) P.S. Case No. 105/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 695 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 302/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Jamshedpur. 3. On 14.04.2024, between 11:00 to 12:0 noon, co-accused Pravin Singh and Sunil Thakur shot the brother of the informant namely Sunny Kumar Yadav. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and his name has come in confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court earlier. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Jamshedpur in connection with S.T.
