The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the entire proceeding of Criminal Case No. 7215 of 2023 (State versus Manish Kumar and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 194 of 2023, under Sections 420, 406, 506, 323, I.P.C. against the applicant No. 1 and 2 and under Section 420, 406 I.P.C. against the applicant No.3 and 4, Police Station-Sikandrabad, District -Bulandshahr in Charge Sheet No. 336 of 2023, dated 19.06.2023, and taken cognizance vide order dated 14.08.2023 and issued summon to the applicants, on the basis of compromised dated 28.03.2024, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahr. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that instant FIR has been lodged U/s 420, 406, 506, 323, I.P.C. and during court proceedings, parties have reconciled their differences and compromise have entered between them out of the Court, which has been reduced in writing. Compromise deed has been filed before the trial court and the same has been filed as annexure 6 to the affidavit. Parties have been verified by trial court on 28.03.2024. 4. Since, parties have been verified by trial court before filing of this petition and offence are compoundable, hence, in view of the Section 320 Cr.P.C., instant petition is disposed off with direction that trial court shall pass an appropriate order on compromise application within a month on production of certified copy of this order.
