Malika Begum @ Malika Bibi who have filed this application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 with a prayer for pre-arrest bail as they Page No.# 2/3 are apprehending arrest in connection with Hajo PS Case No. 27/2025, under Sections 109/118(2) of the BNS. 2. Mr. D.P.Goswami, learned Addl.Public Prosecutor is present for the respondent State. 3. I have considered the submissions at the Bar with circumspection. 4. I have also scrutinized the case diary. 5. The allegation is that on the day of the incident, the petitioners’ son attacked the victim with a sharp weapon and caused grievous injuries on his abdomen. The victim was thereafter shifted to GMCH for recovery. 6. I have scrutinized the statements of the victim in the case diary. 7. Considering all the aspects, the anticipatory bail application is allowed. 9. In the event of arrest of the petitioner No.1, Makibar Rahman named above, he shall be released on pre-arrest bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- with a suitable surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting authority subject to the following conditions: i) That the petitioner No.1 shall appear before the I.O. within one week from today and shall co-operate with the investigation, 10. The interim bail granted to the petitioner No. 2 Malika Begum @ Malika Bibi on 07.02.2025 is hereby made absolute in terms of the same conditions. 11. Send back the case diary. Page No.# 3/3 12.
