Sessions Judge-cum-Child Justice at Madhubani and also order dated 29.04.2024 in En. No. 1595 of 2023 passed by learned J.J.B. Madhubani, the petitioner has preferred the instant criminal revision. 2. However, in view of the provision contained in Section 101(5) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015, the impugned order is appealable before this Court and the appeal shall lie against the impugned order. Therefore, the petitioner is directed to convert the instant Patna High Court CR. REV. No.712 of 2024(2) dt.06-02-2025 2/2 criminal revision to an appeal within one week from the date of this order.
