The present petition has been filed praying for following relief: "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to conduct the fair and impartial investigation in First Information Report dated 27.03.2025 as Case Crime No.69 of 2025, under Section 115(2), 352, 118(1) B.N.S., Police Station-Behta, District-Budaun within stipulated time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court and punish the accused persons." 3. It has been stated by Additional Government Advocate that charge sheet has already been submitted in the aforesaid case after adding Sections 110, 117(2) and 89 of B.N.S. 4.
