The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now he is ready to produce the said pendrive with the certificate as required under Section 62 of Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023. 2. Considering the above aspect, the present petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to make fresh application before the trial Court along with - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:47606 CRL.P No. 14458 of 2025 pendrive and certificate under Section 62 of Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023. 3. The trial Court shall consider the said pendrive if such certificate is produced and pass orders on bail petition to be filed in accordance with law within 10 days from the date of filing of the petition.
