Heard Mr.A.Ilaya Perumal, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.E.Vijay Anand, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondent. 3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is involved in setting up renewable energy project at Tiruppur District in Tamil Nadu. Necessary permission has already been granted by the concerned authorities. The petitioner submitted an application seeking for permission/no objection in order to erect electric police/transmission lines. Since the same is kept pending, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.
