Bharti and others vs. Akhilesh Rathaur), under Section 147 of B.N.S.S. (Section 128 of Cr.P.C.), pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jalaun at Orai. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application//application to pay arrears of maintenance before the court of competent jurisdiction.
