Tiwari, A.P.P. --- 03 / 11.04.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 66B 66C, and 66D of I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Jamtara. 3. On 06.01.2025, Cyber Police, Jamtara on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled in the house of Paresh Kumar Mandal, raided his house and apprehended the petitioner and other accused persons. On search, mobile phones and other articles were recovered from there. 4. Mr. Rahul Ranjan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that no victim has come forward to claim that the petitioner has cheated anyone. 5. Mr. Shailendra Kumar Tiwari, learned Special P.P has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the case diary up 22.03.2024 has been received and till then, police has not produced any victim to show that the petitioner has cheated him. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Cyber Crime), Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
