He submitted that such an application / appeal shall be filed within two weeks, from today. 2. Heard. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. This petition stands disposed of, as withdrawn. It is clarified that this Court has not examined the merits of the matter. If, an appeal / application is filed, during the pendency of C/SCA/15719/2025 ORDER DATED: 24/11/2025 the same, there shall be no coercive action taken, pursuant to the order dated 06.11.2025. Further, as submitted by learned Advocate, Mr. Patel, as the school is functioning in the same building, if, the application / appeal preferred by the petitioner is decided against it, then, such an adverse order shall be kept in abeyance for the period of two weeks by the respondent-authorities, from the date of the passing of the same, so as to enable the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy under the law.
