Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors., in Writ Petition No. 1913 of 2024 and the connected matters. 3. In light of the parties being ad idem, we dispose of this Writ 1/2 2025:BHC-AUG:4884-DB 14 WP 1424-2025 Petition directing the respondents to pay to the petitioner minimum pay scales at lowest grade in the regular pay scale extended to the regular employees.
