1. The present CCC is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 04.07.2024 wherein, it is ordered as under: [A] The petition in W.P. No.47382/2014 is allowed quashing the Board's order dated 22.09.2014 [Annexure-A] and the petition in W.P. No.20597/2012 is
disposed of directing the Board to extend notional

promotion to the petitioner from the date he was entitled to and grant all consequential benefits as permissible in law. [B] The petitioner, to receive such benefits, shall be at liberty to file a certified copy of this order with the Board within four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and Board, within three [3] months from the date of receipt of such certified copy, shall communicate the details of the calculation and the payments payable to the petitioner.
2. The accused has filed the compliance affidavit and also filed a memo placing on record the pension payment order dated 24.11.2025, whereunder the amounts payable to the complainant have been quantified.
3. The learned counsel for the complainant submits that the payments are yet to be made.

Learned counsel for the accused submits that since the requisite orders have been passed, the payment shall be made in due course.

5. In view of the aforementioned, the above complaint is closed with liberty to the complainant to revive the same, if payments are not received within a period of four weeks from date.
