The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 456/2021, for the offence under Section 498 (A)/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 4 of the D.P. Act, pending in the Court of Smt. Neha Jha, learned J.M.F.C., Dumka. 3. The petitioner happens to be husband of the O.P. No. 2. It is alleged that O.P. No. 2 was tortured to enforce demand of dowry. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the informant has not sustained any injury at the hands of the petitioner. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P.
