This petition has been filed for fair investigation in case crime no.25 of 2025, under Sections 498A, 323, 504 and 313 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Dhoomanganj, District Prayagraj with regard to the first information report dated 25.01.2025. 4. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with direction to the Investigating Officer to make all efforts of completing the investigation within statutory period. 5. In case of failure, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach the Trial Court for monitoring the investigation as per judgement of the Apex Court in the case of Sakiri VasuVs. State of U.P.
