Principal Judge, Family Court, Hisar in case bearing No.CS/19/2021 titled as “Priya Chaudhary vs. Chander Bhan Singh and another” whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Section 23 read with Section 3 of the Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act seeking direction against respondent No.2 (father of the petitioner) for provision of reasonable expenses towards her marriage to the tune of Rs.20,00,000/ accepting the offer made by respondent No.2 to pay only Rs.3,00,000/- along with 3 tolas of gold at the time of her marriage. After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for
