Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the amount due against her, in case she is permitted to do so in two equal installments. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bank, on instructions, submits that the total amount due against the petitioner is Rs.35,00,000/- approximately. He, however, submits that the Bank is ready to accept the amount in two equal installments. 4. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has offered to pay the entire amount due, and the Bank has agreed to accept it, in our view, the ends of justice require that the petitioner be granted an opportunity to deposit the entire outstanding amount in two equal installments. Therefore, payment of 50% of the total outstanding amount shall be made by the petitioner to the respondent-Bank within a period of five weeks from date, and the balance amount shall be paid by September 28, 2025. 5. In case the petitioner defaults in depositing the amounts as directed above within the stipulated period, it will be open for the respondents to initiate recovery proceedings against the petitioner. 6.
