Ganjhu, A.P.P. --- 03 / 31.07.2025 Heard the parties. 2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Mandu (Kuju) P.S. Case No. 161 of 2022 for the offences registered under sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29 of N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh. 3. Petitioner happens to be the owner of the truck bearing registration no. JH 05BV 5250 which was seized on 18.07.2022. On search, 23 sacks of ganja were recovered from the said vehicle. 4. Mr. Kripa Shankar Nanda, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submitted that the petitioner had given the said vehicle to one Shankar Ram Shiyari on rent for one year. It was further submitted that the petitioner had given documents relating to the agreement of rent which has been verified during the course of investigation and found to be true. 5. Mr. Naveen Kumar Ganjhu, learned A.P.P after going through the case diary, submitted that the agreement between the petitioner and Shankar Ram Shiyari was found to be genuine. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh in connection with Mandu (Kuju) P.S.
