This Court, vide order dated 23.07.2024, passed in MCRC No. 4975 of 2024, while rejecting the bail to the applicant, namely, Sagar Chauhan, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act) Balodabazar District- Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.), vide his request letter dated 17.01.2025 KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 has requested for grant of two months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that the case is at the stage of prosecution evidence and the statements of two prosecution witnesses are yet to be recorded. Hence, the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some time, therefore, he prays for grant of further two months time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
