ORAL ORDER
Though the matter is listed for taking steps for the deceased respondent No.2, the petitioner being the tenant has filed a memo which reads as under:
"The Petitioner in the above case submits that, the petitioner is undertaking to vacate the schedule premises within two months and the respondent counsel has filed memo reporting death of respondent No.1 since the petitioner is undertaking to vacate the premises within two months, bringing the LR's of respondent may be dispensed and the above petition may be disposed in the interest of justice and equity."
2. Taking note of the fact that petitioner is ready to vacate and hand over the premises if two months time is granted, memo can be accepted and Civil Revision Petition can be disposed of.
3. Hence the following:
ORDER [i] Civil Revision petition stand disposed of by accepting the memo filed by the petitioner.

[ii] The order of ejectment passed by the trial Court is confirmed. However, time is extended till 15.01.2026 to voluntarily vacate and hand over the premises.
