By order dated 25.06.2025, the anticipatory bail had been granted to the petitioner on the ground that a settlement had been arrived at between the parties in the proceeding before the Patna High Court Mediation Center upon an agreed schedule of payment. 3. It is submitted that due to time taken for arrangement of money and refusal of the Bank in absence of the cheque book, the same could not be done within time. However, the petitioner has now received the cheque book and is in a position to make the payment by way of demand draft. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64055 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 4. In such view of the matter, the time for payment through demand draft is, thus, extended by another three weeks and the order dated 25.06.2025 is modified to that extent and, consequently, the time for surrender before the learned Court below in connection with Gaya Complaint Case No.926 of 2023 is also extended by another three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 5.
