Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to prefer a fresh petition in relation to the subject dispute if required since the petitioner had deposited a sum of Rs.2,18,40,000/- in pursuant to the order dated 14.12.2021 passed by this Court. The request of the petitioner is genuine. As it is stated that the parties are trying to settle the dispute, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition and liberty is reserved to the petitioner to approach this Court on the same cause of action.
