The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363 , 366 A and 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , on 01.11.2022 at about 4 PM all the F.I.R., named accused persons including this petitioner kidnapped the daughter of informant for the purpose of marriage . It is further alleged that this petitioner took her away to Ludhaiyana and solemnized forced marriage with the victim. The aforesaid fact has also been supported by the victim Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59573 of 2024(3) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P C . 4. Considering the aforesaid statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.
