Pensioner’s Association [the third respondent] and they have sought for relief as under: i) for mandamus directing the second respondent to hold and complete the proceedings pending in case No.DRB- 4/SOR/Complaint/93/2023-2024 vide Annexure-J at the earliest. ii) To declare that the General Body Meeting convened by the third respondent scheduled to be held on 18.09.2025 [Annexure-L] illegal and unjust. This Court on 17.09.2025, while calling upon the learned Additional Government Advocate to accept notice, has directed the petition to be listed today. The only question for decision is whether there must be any direction for expeditious completion of the proceedings.
