Case No. 205 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 317(4), 287 and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. 3. In the midnight of 29.11.2024, the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons were apprehended by M.G.M. (Mango Muffasil) Police while they were attempting to pilfer gas from the L.P.G. Tanker. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it is a case of an attempt to commit theft. It was further submitted that some of the co-accused persons have been granted Anticipatory Bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur in connection with M.G.M.
