(Central), Lucknow and subsequently quash the impugned order dated 12-11-2020 (Annexure No. 21 to this application) passed by Special Judge, Anti-corruption C.B.I. (Central), Lucknow on the application B-64 dated 12-06-2020 moved by the applicant in Criminal Case No. 1977 of 2019, State Versus. Purusottam Singh and Others, arising out of Case Crime No. 4/2010 Under Sections 409, 420. 467, 468, 471, 120B I.P.C. and 13(2) Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station- SIT U.P. Lucknow, District-Lucknow and also quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 1977 of 2019, State Versus. Purusottam Singh and Others pending before the learned Special Judge, Anticorruptior C.B.I. (Central), Lucknow. 3. Since there is no representation on behalf of the applicant, the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed for want of prosecution. 4. The records do not show that there is any interim order in existence. 5. Office to communicate this order to trial court concerned within two weeks from today. 6.
