The present Company Application has been filed seeking appropriate directions to the Official Liquidator for considering and verifying the claim of the applicant and for making payment of the amount found due in accordance with law. 2. Pursuant to the notice issued by this Court, the learned advocate appearing for the Official Liquidator has placed on record the report dated 08th August 2025. It is submitted that the Chartered Accountants, M/s. Amal Datt & Associates, have submitted the verification report dated 04th July 2025 pursuant to the directions issued by this Court. As per the said report, C/COMA/63/2024 ORDER DATED: 21/11/2025 the total dues payable to the applicant are assessed at Rs. 62,383/-. 3. It is further submitted that the said verification report dated 04th July 2025 was forwarded to the applicant vide letter dated 09th July 2025 for his comments. 4. Learned advocate Mr. Aakash Modi, appearing on behalf of the applicant, submits that the applicant has, vide his letter dated 04th August 2025, stated that he has no objection to the verification report submitted by the Chartered Accountant and that the same is accepted by him. The applicant has also furnished his bank details and other necessary documents required for disbursement. 5. In view of the above and considering that the applicant has accepted the verification report, the Official Liquidator is directed to pay an amount of Rs. 62,383/- to the applicant – Shri Babubhai Laljibhai Solanki, ex-worker of the company (in liquidation), within a period of two weeks from today, upon verification of the bank details provided by the applicant, through NEFT/RTGS Mode.
