The present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 24.05.2025 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sadabad, Hathras in Complaint Case No. 693 of 2021 (Mauji Ram vs. Prem Chand and others), P.S. Sadabad, Distgrict Hathras, whereby an application, which has been filed to discharge the applicants under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 IPC has been rejected. During the course of hearing learned counsel for the applicants has corrected the prayer clause of this application. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 528 of BNSS of 2023 is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photocopy of the same.
