The grievance of the petitioner in the writ petition is that the appeal dated 20.06.2012, filed by him on the file of respondent No.2 against the proceedings of the Regional Director-cum-Appellate Commissioner of Rajahmundry vide Roc.No.1277-2/PTP/2003/A3, Municipal Administration dated 09.04.2012 (Ex.P1), has not been disposed of so far. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Regional Administration, dated Municipal ROC.NO.1277-2/PTP/2003/A3 09.04.2012 (Ex.P1), imposed a major penalty of withholding of two annual Commissioner of Director-cum-Appellate Rajahmundry by proceedings in SRS,J W.P.No.3545 of 2025 grade increments of pay with cumulative effect, against the petitioner. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed an appeal dated 20.06.2012 (Ex.P2) on the file of respondent No.2. The appeal has not been disposed of so far, despite communication from respondent No.3 to respondent No.2 vide EX.P3. At the hearing, Sri S. Raju, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services - I submitted instructions of respondent No.2. In the instructions, it was stated that respondent No.2 will consider the appeal filed by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders as per the Rules. 4. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing respondent No.2 to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner vide Ex.P2, strictly as per Rules, within four (04) weeks from today.
