In this petition, the petitioner seeks for the following relief:

2. Heard Sri.V.C.Sachidananda Murthy, the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned High Court Government Pleader Smt.Sowmya R., appearing for respondent No.2. 3. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioners in the present petition, I deem it just and appropriate to dispose of this petition directing the trial Court to dispose of C.C.No.348/2018, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.
