By way of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful life of petitioners, has been sought. 3. As per the averment available in the petition, it has been submitted that marriage has been solemnized on 01.02.2024, but till today, the same has not been registered and as such, no protection can be extended only on the basis of solemnization of marriage on notarized affidavit. 4.
