No.3264 of 2025 ------------------------------------------------- Dated this the 04th day of April, 2025 O R D E R The petitioner is the accused in Crime No.6 of 2024 of Ramankary Police Station, Apappuzha. The crime was registered alleging offences punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the IPC, 1860 and Section 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000. 2. The petitioner was arrested on 09.10.2024. While he was in judicial custody, the Sessions Court, Alappuzha granted him bail as per Annexure 2 order dated 01.11.2024. Bail was granted subject to a few conditions, one among which is that he should appear before the investigating officer on every first and last Saturdays between 10.00 A.M. and 1.00 P.M till filing of the final report and also as and when directed in writing in that regard. The petitioner seeks to delete the said condition. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor. 3 Crl.M.C. No.3264 of 2025 2025:KER:28931 4. Another condition in the bail order that the petitioner should not leave jurisdiction of Ramankary Police Station was deleted by this Court as per Annexure 3 order dated 03.12.2024. The crime was registered as early as on 03.01.2024. The petitioner was arrested on 09.10.2024. Investigation in the matter is yet to be completed. 5. Taking into account the aforementioned aspects and also that the petitioner has been residing permanently at Coimbatore, I am of the view that condition No.6 in Annexure 2 order can be modified. Hence, this petition is disposed of and condition No.6 in Annexure 2 order is modified as follows: The petitioner shall appear before the investigating officer on every first Saturday of the month between 10.00 A.M. and 1.00 P.M before the investigating officer till filing of the final report.
