By way of the instant MCC, the applicant seek modification in the order dated 12.12.2024, passed in W.P.(S) No. 8136 of 2024 by this Court. 2. Upon perusal of the order dated 12.12.2024, it is apparent that there are typographical error in the cause-title. 3. The correct particulars of petitioner No. 9 in cause-title was "9 – Gyaneshwar Sen S/o Siya Ram Sen, Aged About 49 Years Working As Lecturer (L.B.) Government High School, Sakri (Korasi), Block-Arang, District-Raipur (C.G.)" but inadvertently mentioned in order as “9 – Gyaneshwar Sahu S/o Siya Ram Sen, Aged About 49 Years Working As Teacher (L.B.) Government High School, Sakri (Korasi), Block-Arang, District-Raipur (C.G.) ” . 4. In the light of the aforementioned typographical errors, the order dated 12.12.2024, passed in W.P.(S) No. 8136 of 2024 is hereby modified and (i) particulars of petitioner No. 9 in cause-title of the said order is rectified and shall now be read as "9 – Gyaneshwar Sen S/o Siya Ram Sen, Aged About 49 Years Working As Lecturer (L.B.) Government High School, Sakri (Korasi), Block-Arang, District-Raipur (C.G.)". 5. It is made clear that rest of the contents of the original order [ W.P.(S) No. 8136 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 ] shall remain intact. 6.
