Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents and perused the record. 2. This petition has been filed for the following relief: "I. Issue a writ, order or direction in the Mandamus directing the respondent to correct the revenue record of plot no. 235 area 73.44 verge meter in name of petitioner according to judgment and decree of Civil Court." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that in the garb of this petition, the petitioner wants to get the order passed by the civil court executed, which cannot be done in view of the judgment of Division Bench of this Court in case of Manbhavati Vs. State of U.P. and others reported in 2020 1 AWC 789A and Writ C No. 7863 of 2018 (Brij Bhushan Rai v. State of U.P. and 6 others). 4. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that revenue entry is not being corrected, can be addressed, in case, the petitioner moves an application under the provisions Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006, before appropriate authority for correction of revenue entry. 5. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application for correction of revenue entries under the provisions Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 before the appropriate authority.
