[2] While issuing notice on 07.05.2025, this Court gave liberty to the Manipur University to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner by a speaking order notwithstanding pendency of the writ petition. [3] During the course of hearing, Mr. DP. Sahu, learned counsel for the Manipur University, handovers a copy of the order No. 885 dated 03.02.2025 issued by the Registrar, Manipur University rejecting the representation submitted by the petitioner by a speaking order. The order is taken on record and a copy of the same is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned G.A. [4] Mr. DP. Sahu, learned counsel for the Manipur University, submits that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. [5] Mr. A. Rommel, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that he may be given some time to peruse the order dated 03.02.2025 issued by the Registrar, Manipur University regarding representation submitted by the petitioner.
