This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 30.05.2025, registered as Case Crime No.217 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338 and 336(3) of The Bhartiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023, Police Station-Partapur, District-Meerut. 3. Short counter affidavit has been filed through Sri Saiyad Eqbal Ahmed, on behalf of respondent no.4, wherein it has been stated that the parties have settled their dispute outside court. Respondent no.4, has no objection, if the impugned F.I.R. is quashed. 4. Accordingly, the impugned F.I.R. in aforesaid case crime number is quashed. 5. The writ petition is allowed.
