In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, nothing remains to be decided in the present criminal writ petition and it has rendered infructuous. 5. Accordingly, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open to petitioner to challenge the charge-sheet before appropriate forum in appropriate proceedings, if so advised. 6. Interim order dated 15.05.2024 stands vacated.
