By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondents 4 to 7 lodged a false complaint to the respondents 1 to 3 stating that the TASMAC shop run by the petitioner cause nuisance to the public and the complainant's https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP No. 23064 of 2025 property. Therefore, the petitioner apprehend that the petitioner's shop would be shifted to some other place, which is cause irreparable loss to the petitioner.
