By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondnts not to interfere in the peaceful marital of petitioners, has been sought. 3. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions, submitted that the marriage certificate which is appended along with this petition as Annexure -2, has not been issued by the Arya Samaj Vedic Vivah Sanskar ( Trust), Shakarpur, Delhi and as such, the petitioners have not approach this Court with clean hands. 4. In view of the facts mentioned in the instructions, no relief can be granted in favour of the petitioners and petition is hereby disposed of.
