Counsel for the respective parties jointly submit that the parties to the lis have settled the matter amicably and accordingly, they have filed a joint memo stating that the Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the joint memo. Counsel, therefore, submits that the joint memo may be placed on record and the Writ Petition may be disposed of in terms of the Joint Memo. 4. Counsel Sri.Pradeep S.Sawkar., submits that he is handing over two Demand Drafts bearing No.374811 and 374810 dated 13.11.2025 each for a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- in the name of respondents 1 and 2 respectively to counsel Sri.G.V.P.Reddy. Counsel Sri.G.V.P.Reddy., acknowledges receipt of the Demand Drafts. 5.
