Pursuant to the order dated 02.07.2025, learned State counsel has produced the statement of the petitioner No. 2 Priya Singh (corpus) wherein she has stated that she is major and has not been illegally detained. She has solemnized marriage with the petitioner No. 1 Angad and is happily residing with him. In view of the above, this Court finds that there is no such illegal detention of the corpus. The present Habeas Corpus Writ Petition becomes infructuous. The present Habeas Corpus Petition, is accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.
