JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41285 WP No. 27971 of 2025 ORAL ORDER This writ petition is filed seeking the following prayer: ”PRAYER WHEREFORE, the Petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to: a. Direct the IIIrd Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bangalore, to conclude the trial of M.C.No.6440/2022 in an expeditious and in a time bound manner, as the Hon'ble Court deems fit. b. Pass any other order or direction, as this Hon'ble Court may be deemed just and necessary in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interests of justice and equity." 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the M.C. is of the year 2022 and still it is at the stage of cross- examination and there may be a direction to the Family Court to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. 3. The Family Courts at Bengaluru are burdened with work and even the cases filed in the year 2016 are pending before the Family Courts. This Court has already issued directions to the Family Courts to dispose of the old matters and they have to complete the matters pending till 2019 by - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41285 WP No. 27971 of 2025 15.12.2025. In those circumstances, this Court cannot give any direction to the Family Court to dispose of the M.C. which is filed in the year 2022. Hence, this Court is passing the following order: ORDER i.
