1. None is present to press this bail application even in the revised call. However, Sri V.K.S. Parmar, learned AGA is present for the State. I myself have perused the record and the case diary with the assistance of learned AGA and decide this application. 2. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 215 of 2025, under Sections 3/5/8 of U.P. Cow Slaughter Act, Police Station - Roza, District - Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. 3. On perusal of record, I find that the FIR is delayed by more than six months. As per FIR, the applicant is stated to be the person, who is involved in transportation of the said meat. The co-accused Tausif is stated to be the seller of the said meat. The applicant is languishing in jail since 19.04.2025, having no criminal history to his credit. 4. On the other hand, learned AGA has vehemently opposed the bail application but unable to dispute the submissions raised by the learned counsel for the applicant and also the fact that the applicant has no criminal history. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submissions made by learned AGA, nature of offence, severity of punishment and also considering the delay in lodging the FIR, prima facie I find it a fit case to release the applicant on bail. The bail application is allowed. 6. Let the applicant- Emran, who is involved in aforementioned case crime be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : A Kumar Srivastava, Manish Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
