However, he has made an application for approval of the modified sanction plan and also has requested the respondent-Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) to issue him an occupancy certificate. As no action has been taken by BBMP in this regard, the present writ petition is filed with a prayer to direct the BBMP to grant him the modified sanction plan and also issue the necessary occupancy certificate. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent-BBMP upon instructions submits that they will consider the request of the petitioner in accordance with law and will pass appropriate orders. 3.
