Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J.(Oral) By means of instant petition, the petitioner has sought the following reliefs:- “(i) Issue a writ order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to consider regularization/absorption of the petitioner in the said post of Lab Assistant in the respondent university in the light of the judgment dated 22.2.2024 in WPSB No. 616 of 2018 “Narendra Singh and Anr. Vs. State of Uttarakhand and Others” (annexed as Annexure No.7 to this writ petition). (ii) Issue a writ order of direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent university to not disturb the services of the petitioner as Lab Assistant in respective department in the Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Central University, Srinagar, Pauri Garhwal. (iii) Issue any other order or direction which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case. (iv) Award cost of the petition.” 2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 20.03.2018, passed in WPSS No. 425 of 2014, Kumesh Kumar and others Vs. H.N.B. Garhwal University, Central University, Srinagar and others. 4. This fact is admitted by the learned State counsel. 5.
