Heard Sri Surendra Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State and perused the materials available on record. 2. The present application u/s 528 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to issue a direction to the trial court to release the applicant in six cases after submitting personal bond and two sureties, which are as follows :- (i) Case Crime No. 802 of 2024, under Sections 305A, 331(4), 317(2) of BNS, Police Station Tajganj, District Agra. (ii) Case Crime No. 615 of 2024, under Sections 305, 317(2) of BNS, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Agra. (iii) Case Crime No. 650 of 2024, under Sections 305, 317(2) of BNS, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Agra. (iv) Case Crime No. 786 of 2024, under Sections 305A, 331(4), 317(2) of BNS, Police Station Tajganj, District Agra. (v) Case Crime No. 803 of 2024, under Sections 305A, 331(4), 317(2) of BNS, Police Station Tajganj, District Agra. (vi) Case Crime No. 683 of 2024, under Sections 305, 331(4), 317(2) of BNS, Police Station Sadar Bazar, District Agra. 3. It is submitted that aforesaid six cases are pending against applicant and he has been granted bail in all those cases but he has no means to submit separate sureties in all the cases. The said cases are related to each other and pertains to same police station. Referring to facts of the matter, it was submitted that a direction may be made to the court concerned to release the applicant on bail in aforesaid cases on submission of personal bond and two sureties in one case only. 4. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that applicant shall be permitted to furnish a personal bond and two sureties to the satisfaction of the court concerned in Case Crime No. 802 of 2024, under Sections 305A, 331(4), 317(2) of BNS, Police Station Tajganj, District Agra, if he has already been granted bail, and he would submit personal bonds in all the remaining aforesaid five cases and the sureties submitted in Case Crime No. 802 of 2024 would hold good in all the remaining five cases, mentioned above, against the applicant, if he has already been granted on bail in those cases. The sureties submitted in Case Crime No. 802 of 2024, would hold good in all the remaining aforesaid five cases against the applicant. The photocopies of the sureties bonds submitted in Case Crime No. 802 of 2024 may be submitted in remaining aforesaid five cases. After submission of bail bonds in Case Crime No. 802 of 2024, the applicant would not be required to submit separate sureties bonds in other remaining aforesaid five cases, which have been mentioned above. 5.
