The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Taljhari P.S. Case No. 24 of 2024, for the offences registered under Section 379 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Aditya, learned Nyayadhikari -cum- Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gram Nyayalaya, Jarmundi, Dumka. On 16.06.2024, unknown thieves committed theft of six batteries from B.S.N.L. Tower situated at village- Khijurama. It was submitted that stolen batteries have not been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 08.10.2024. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Aditya, learned Nyayadhikari -cum- Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gram Nyayalaya, Jarmundi, Dumka or his successor, in connection with Taljhari P.S.
