CONCILIATION ORDER The petitioner is the wife and respondent is the husband. The petition was filed challenging the order dated 28.12.2023 passed by IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru in Crl.Misc.18/2021 filed for maintenance under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. 2. The petitioner - Husna Banu wife of Mohammed Ameen @ Shahid Pasha are personally present along with their respective counsel Ms.Bhagya, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. Neladurga S.vijaykumar, learned counsel for respondent. 3. Joint memo is filed along with the affidavit of respondent. 3 4. Both the parties and their respective counsel submits that they have agreed for dissolution of their marriage and as full and final settlement of permanent alimony/maintenance, the husband had paid Rs.15,50,000/- to the wife and to that effect wife has filed an affidavit. Wife does not have any further claim in respect of the maintenance. 5. On enquiry, both the parties states that they have read and understood the contents of the joint memo. 6.
