CORAM:
HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY DHAR, JUDGE.
ORDER 21.05.2025
None for the parties. On the last date of hearing, learned counsel for the petitionershad sought time to have instructions as to whether the petitioners’ wants to pursue the present litigation. Today, when the matter was called out for hearing, nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners have lost interest to prosecute their case. In view of the above, the present Writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
