Learned A.G.A. has produced before the Court a copy of the order dated 03.06.2025, that is an order passed today by the District Magistrate, Aligarh releasing the attached property and the bank accounts in compliance with this Court's order. Mr. Manish Tiwari, learned Senior Advocate assisted by Mr. R. P. Yadav, learned Counsel is present on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Nagendra Kumar Srivastava, learned A.G.A.-I on behalf of the State. Upon instructions from his client, Mr. Manish Tiwari, learned Senior Advocate states that the attached property and bank accounts have been released. Let the copy of the order dated 03.06.2025, passed by the District Magistrate, Aligarh produced before the Court by the learned A.G.A. be made part of the record.
