While placing on record copy of office order dated 25.3.2025, issued under the signature of Managing Director HRTC, Shimla, Mr. Deepak Sharma, learned counsel for the respondents, states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated already stands complied with.

Careful perusal of the afore communication clearly reveals that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, direction already stands issued to the concerned Branch to release the arrears and due and admissible DR/IR as per instructions dated 7.1.2012 and 31.7.2024.

Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly, same are closed with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings before appropriate court of law qua surviving grievance, if any.
